Main Hall
The main hall is the heart of Cranford Village Hall, offering a bright and flexible space suitable for a wide range of events. It can accommodate up to 80 people standing or 60 seated, making it ideal for weddings, parties, and community gatherings. Use of our tables and chairs is included in the hire, allowing you to set the space up to suit your needs. The hall also features a stage, perfect for performances, speeches, or presentations. Just off the main space is a smaller room and library area, furnished with a sofa and chairs, providing a quiet retreat for guests. This room can be accessed both from the stage and directly from the main hall.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is well-equipped with modern catering appliances, making it ideal for everything from simple refreshments to full event catering. Facilities include a range oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and an automatic hot water urn. Hire of the hall includes full use of the kitchen, along with white crockery, glasses, and cutlery, so you have everything you need in one place. Recycling bins are also provided to help keep your event tidy and environmentally considerate.
Outside Space
The village hall is surrounded by open outdoor space, offering a peaceful setting with views across the surrounding fields, where sheep can often be seen grazing and, in the spring, young lambs too! The outdoor areas provide a lovely extension to your event, whether for guests to step outside and relax or to enjoy the countryside setting. At the front of the hall, there is ample space for additional features such as gazebos, a bouncy castle, or a small marquee, making it ideal for larger gatherings or family events.

Our wedding hire offers exclusive use of Cranford Village Hall from lunchtime on Friday through to lunchtime on Sunday, giving you plenty of time to create a truly personal celebration. The hall and grounds are yours for the weekend, providing a flexible, blank canvas to style exactly as you wish. Hire includes full use of the main hall, kitchen facilities, tables, and chairs. The stage can be used in a variety of ways, whether for your DJ, live music, speeches, or even as a unique setting for your top table. It’s a relaxed and versatile space, perfect for couples looking to design a wedding that feels completely their own.
